Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms and conditions of The Dhabba Loyalty Scheme promoted and operated by The Dhabba. These terms and conditions govern the collection and redemption of The Dhabba Loyalty stamps associated with The Dhabba’s Loyalty card.

Terms & Conditions

The terms set up the contract between The Dhabba and you, The Dhabba Loyalty Scheme cardholder.

The Dhabba Loyalty Scheme is open to all UK residents aged 18 or above.

The Dhabba Loyalty card can be used in conjunction with other promotions running unless otherwise stated, and by doing so, qualifies for additional incentives.

One stamp is issued per booking/table on meals consumed within The Dhabba excluding gift vouchers, gift cards, financial services, and any non-participating departments.

Stamps cannot be transferred from one Dhabba Loyalty card to another.

Stamps shall become invalid when the Dhabba Loyalty account is closed and may not be subsequently redeemed.

The Dhabba will close any Dhabba Loyalty account on which no stamps have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of at least 12 months.

The Dhabba can take any action it considers appropriate if it has reason to believe that the Dhabba Loyalty cardholder is abusing the scheme.

The Dhabba Loyalty cardholder must register their details and keep The Dhabba informed of any changes. The Dhabba cannot be held responsible for any loss of stamps incurred as a result of out-of-date details, or for delayed or undeliverable mail, email or SMS.

The Dhabba Loyalty card remains the property of The Dhabba and must be returned upon request. Loss of the Dhabba Loyalty card must be reported immediately to The Dhabba.

These terms are subject to Scottish law, The Dhabba’s liability for a breach of these terms shall be limited to you. If you suffer loss as a result of such breach, our sole liability shall be to credit you with Dhabba Loyalty Stamps in the event that such Dhabba Loyalty stamps were incorrectly deducted or should have been credited but were not. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising, marketing or promotional material, these terms shall prevail.

The Dhabba reserves the right to amend or terminate the Dhabba Loyalty Scheme or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.

Privacy & Data Protection

By registering for a Dhabba Loyalty card, The Dhabba will collect and use information about each Dhabba Loyalty card holder, including the registration details, information about the use of the Dhabba Loyalty card, purchases and other information that the Dhabba Loyalty card holder gives The Dhabba.

The Dhabba may analyse the Dhabba Loyalty card holder’s information to understand shopping behaviour and to send the Dhabba Loyalty card holder information, offers and promotions for the products or services which are most likely to be of interest.

The Dhabba will never release a Dhabba Loyalty card holder’s personal details to any company outside The Dhabba for mailing or marketing purposes.

Collection of Dhabba Loyalty Stamps

To activate, a Dhabba Loyalty card registration needs to be completed on our partner website Oappso Loyalty.

Stamps can be accrued on a Dhabba Loyalty card and redeemed after each booking / table has completed their sitting.

One stamp is awarded for every booking/table for meals consumed in the Dhabba.  Customers are limited to one stamp per day.

The Dhabba Loyalty card needs to be presented at the end of the meal in order to collect the stamp.

Redeeming Dhabba Loyalty Points

The Dhabba Loyalty card holder may redeem any currently available stamps at the end of their meal.

Dhabba Loyalty stamps can only be redeemed on a one stamp per booking / table basis.

The Dhabba loyalty cardholder will receive a 5% discount per stamp for the first 4 stamps received, on receiving the 5th stamp the customer is entitled to a 25% discount.

Once the 5th stamp has been received and the discount claimed the stamps will reset to zero.
