At the Dhabba, we’re not shy. Our chef’s are always happy to show you the kitchen and talk about how they prepare your food. But we couldn’t leave it at that… when we were approached by John Torode (Masterchef) and Hardeep Singh Koli to film a recent episode of their successful “New British Kitchen” series we were delighted to take the opportunity to share some of our secrets.
